Nevertheless we understand that sometimes the product you bought might not be exactly of what you had expected or you might not be in need of this product by the time you receive it. In such circumstances we will gladly accept your return. Please read carefully the following information on how to return the product.
All products that you wish to return must be sent back within 3 business days after receiving the package. Before returning the product customer must contact the manufacturer by phone or e-mail. Please make sure that all items you return are sent back in their original condition without any markings or stickers, all packaging materials are undamaged and included, all accessories and printed material(s) inside the box are undamaged and included.
After receiving your return we will gladly give you a refund. Note that shipping charges are not refundable and we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
We understand how timing is important to you and therefore we process all orders swiftly during 24 hours period (except federal holidays) therefore, sometimes your order cannot be cancelled before it is shipped.
